The use of Metroland Travel & Tours’ tour packages and our services are governed by several terms and conditions.
1. Our prices are subject to change without prior notice due to uncontrollable and unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations, taxes, and increases in prices of hotel accommodation and tour-related items.
2. Children are to be charged following the pricing schedule below:
• Children 3 years and below – Free of charge
• Children 4-10 years old – 50% discount
• Children 11 years and older – Full charge
3. Number of persons is based on full paying guests.
4. All reservations must be made at least one (1) day before the intended tour date. Reservations can be made or confirmed through fax and email. We require full payment upon reservation by bank transfer to the following accounts:

5.Metroland Travel & Tours should be notified of any cancellation at least a day before the tour starts through fax and email.
